*Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy*
I completely understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans need to change. I kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
- Over 24 hours: no charge, thank you for letting me know in advance. Cosmetic Tattooing will incur a $50 fee for rescheduling within 48 hours. The deposit is non-refundable but is transferrable to the rescheduled date.
- 24 hours prior: no charge to reschedule within the same week.
- Less than 8 hours: rescheduling or cancelling less than 8 hours prior may be charged 40% of the booking if I’m unable to fill the appointment.
- No shows will be charged 80% of the booking as that time was set aside especially for you! This must be paid to rebook.
- Running late? We may need to alter your treatment slightly to ensure a smooth running of the day, but any more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and result in a small fee.
